• Marriage: He married Rachel Hayden on 7 August 1833 in Lincoln County, Maine.^2,4,3
• Residence: He lived in 1849 in Wisconsin. He removed, in an ox team, with one of his neighbors to Wisconsin and settled on a farm near Stoughton, where he was a prosperous farmer and merchant.³
• Residence: He lived in 1855 in Dane County, Wisconsin.⁵
• Note: He lived in Rutland Twp in Dane County until his death in 1894.
• Death: He died on 20 March 1894 in Stoughton, Dane County, Wisconsin, at age 86.¹

• Note: He enlisted in the Army at Camp Wheeler in Georgia (at this date, Arline, his wife, was already pregnant with Craig) on 22 October 1945.⁵

• Marriage: He married Karol Shadowvine on 26 October 1996 in Thurston, Washington.⁷
