  There is a Rena Snow who married Henry Maxwell on 04 Jan 1866 in Henry Co., Illinois.
  
  In 1910 in Stevenson Twp Marion Co., Illinois are Mary C. and James M. Snow - they are in their 30's, but have no children. This is the same Twp where the Howells were living in 1896.

She had suffered with cancer for several years. She was married to Lawrence O. Burton on March 29, 1916. He preceded her in death on Nov. 28, 1981. To this union six children were born, one son dying in infancy. She is survived by three daughters, Sylvia Admire, Marshall, Mo., Elsie Foster, Springfield, Mo., and Marietta Crawford, Cross Timbers, Mo., two sons, Edsel Burton, Carrollton, Mo., and Marvin Burton, Ontario, California; a sister Lena Kerr, Springfield, Mo.; 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.⁴
