• Milit-Beg: He began military service on 16 February 1942 in Washington. This was 5 days before he married Arline Rice Edwards - he listed his next of kin as Wm Schukar, who I think was the husband of his sister Opal Bogle Schukar.⁴
• Marriage: He married Arline Grace Rice on 21 February 1942 in Seattle, King County, Washington.¹
• Note: He enlisted in the Army at Camp Wheeler in Georgia (at this date, Arline, his wife, was already pregnant with Craig) on 22 October 1945.⁵
• Marriage: He married on 26 October 1996 in Thurston, Washington.⁶
• Death: He died on 8 May 2006 in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington, at age 84.⁷
• Burial: He was buried on 15 May 2006 in Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, King County, Washington.⁸
• Note: He is the only Bogle buried in this cemetery. He had only a graveside service, and the obituary was very brief, so I was unable to find anything about living children of this man. in 2014.⁹
